Reviews not looking so hot? Here are some tips to help!

The comment section of any site is extremely important when it comes to marketing.  And while it would be much easier to focus on all those five star ratings, it is crucial to dive into the negative ones as well.  For the negative comments are three times more likely to get clicked on then the positive ones.

Take a look at the negative reviews and analyze them.  Do they contain inaccuracies?  If so, address those inaccuracies and correct them in a polite manner.  However, if the review is justified then it is important to follow up with an apology.  Along with the apology, explain the steps you are taking to make sure that the issue does not occur again.  This shows your customers that you care.
